Are there setup fees?
No. Migration, training, and onboarding are included in every plan. We don't make money by punishing new customers.
How does per-room pricing work?
It doesn't. We charge a flat monthly price per property based on your size band — not per room, per user, or per booking. You're not penalized for growing.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and we'll export all your data.
Do you charge per booking?
Never on direct bookings. OTA bookings carry the OTA's commission (which we help you reduce by driving direct), but Solara takes 0%.
What about credit-card processing?
We integrate with Stripe and Adyen at their standard rates. We don't take a cut.
Can I switch plans later?
Up or down, anytime, prorated. As your hotel grows we want growing with you to be the easy choice.
